Making Coffee Cozy

Fall and winter always make me feel extra crafty. I want to sit on the floor in front of my Christmas tree and work on my scrapbook, new product ideas, or decorations for our home. One of the best parts of working on my fall and winter crafting is setting the mood. I turn on music or a classic movie (White Christmas is my favorite this time of year), make myself a hot drink, and cozy myself in a heavy sweater. Of course, I have to make my coffee cozy too, so I pick the Coffee Cuff that suits my current mood or project, and my my coffee cozy just like me!

Holiday 2011 Events

Erin Kate Creations has a full schedule this Holiday 2011 season. We kicked it off with our biggest event ever: Junior League of Greater Kansas City Holiday Mart. The event took place at Bartle Hall downtown KCMO October 20-23. We shared a booth with our dear friends Bam + Boo Designs, beyond adorable baby and tot clothing and accessories. Both Erin Kate Creations and Bam + Boo Designs had exciting success at our first Junior League Holiday Mart experience and have great plans for moving forward with our momentum!

Up next on Erin Kate Creations’ calendar is the Prairie Center Elementary Holiday Bazaar, coming Saturday, November 12, noon – 4pm. This event helps the school’s PTC meet extra needs for students, such as field trips, classroom needs, and activities not funded by the school district.

Our pre-Thanksgiving events wrap up with Gift Gallery, put on by Cure of Ars MOYC. The event takes place Saturday, November 19, 9am-4pm. We are proud that 20% of all our sales will be going to charity, thanks to the Cure of Ars Mothers of Young Children.
