Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders placed Thursday through Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday. Custom orders placed at events are typically completed and shipped in one to two weeks. We mail using USPS with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Please contact us if you would like to request a different shipment option.
Q: I need my order quickly. Can I request a rush?
A: Yes. In most cases, rush orders can be fulfilled within 3-4 days for an additional charge. To request a rush, contact Erin Kate Creations before placing your order.
Q: I want one of your products, but in a different fabric. Can I design my own personality?
A: In order to keep costs reasonable for our customers, we purchase our carefully-selected fabrics in large quantities. For this reason, the given fabric combinations, or “personalities”, are all we offer at this time for our main client base. We sometimes offer custom personalities for our wholesale accounts for an upcharge. If you are interested in a wholesale account, please contact Erin Kate Creations.
Q: Where can I see and experience Erin Kate Creations product in person?
A: In addition to our website, the full line of Erin Kate Creations products is sold at Mommy Shop in Overland Park KS, Runways in Leawood KS, ShaC’s Boutique in Olathe KS, and at a variety of events throughout the year. Our Coffee Cuffs are also sold at Parkside Coffeehouse in Lenexa KS and J&S Coffee in Lawrence KS.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare case that a product is defective by fault of Erin Kate Creations LLC, please contact us to initiate an even exchange.
Q: I’m a little apprehensive about using my Joey Pocket Sling. Can you help?
A: It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident using your Joey Pocket Sling. We offer a descriptive blog post as well as a YouTube video. For clients in the greater Kansas City area, we will be happy to set up an appointment to help you and your child learn to comfortably and safely use your Joey Pocket Sling. Skype appointments are available for clients out of town.
